Absent Iverson in Opener

For the first time in his career in the NBA, Allen Iverson missed the opening game in the new season. He was absent at the gym early Memphis vs Detroit since torn left hamstring injury.

Iverson is still in recovery phase of injury when the game was played. The game will feel the vibration because prior to Memphis, Detroit Pistons defend Iverson. He dibarter to the Pistons by Denver with Chauncey Billups.

"The pain is not gone. I could not have forced competitors," said AI.
